Each Gaurd Prior to being Enrolled into the Esteemed COSMOS force is Subjected to an intense interview by Original Documents with the recruitment department. All these Strict Recruitment and Selection Procedures are Established to Prevent any Erroneous induction of Human Resources into our Company and Subsequent Deployment of the Wrong Inductee into our Client's Primises.
2. Traning : Each of our Deployment Undergoes an Exhaustive Training Programme Ranging from 20 - 21 Days Wherein, they are Physically Groomed and Mentally Prepared to Meet the Daily Rigorous of their job Profile.
